The tracking is with the CTI value(Comparative Tracking Index) is determined and with the PTI value (Proof Tracking Index) examined.The CTI value indicates to what Voltage, the base material is not tracking shows, when 50 drops of a standardized electrolyte liquid are dropped.
Measured on the surface of the specimen, with a drop every 30 seconds falls between two platinum electrodes.The functional structure allows, by fine Adjustment of test voltage, current limit,turn-off time, drop size number of drop sand accurate tests make. The unit works fully automatic, the control is electronic. The test voltage can be adjusted up to 1000V.

Power Supply Unit
include voltmeter, ammeter, delay over current relay, power connection line, button switch and several signal indicators;
Drip Unit
include drip cylinder, drip nozzle, counting device, drip counting device, drip control device, drip volume measuring tool.
•Removable Platinum electrodes,convenient for cleaning, grinding purposes or replacement. Electrodes flat view, 5mm wide, 2mm thick, platinum with minimum
purity 99.9%, with 30-60° angle tips at both ends.
• Electrode load on sample can adjust to 1.00N±0.001N,electrode distance 4.0mm±0.01mm,angle 60° ± 5 ° the height can be adjusted by adjusting the fulcrum
pin.
• Removable dripping unit enables easy cleaning. Dripping dispenser with electromagnetic valve is made of three main components that can be simple
dismantled: electromagnet valve, solution cylinder and drip nozzle.Drip unit height is adjustable and drip nozzle can be dismantled for cleaning or replacement.
• Solution cylinder is transparent to ensure the contents is clearly visible. It has level markings for convenient operation.The cylinder can be dismantled for cleaning.
• LED light mounted inside drip unit to enables easier precise adjustments of mechanical parameters
• Transparent door enable observe test.
• Door safety protection system - test and test voltage will not apply when door be opened.
